Vulcafix is a cold-applied vulcanizing cement with an excellent cost-benefit ratio. It is used for various applications on rubber substrates and on numerous types of treated surfaces: metal, wood, fabric, or leather.
It meets the high adhesion requirements for the application of rubber linings, offering good performance for repairs and lower-demand splicing in conveyor belts.
For each can of Vulcafix cement (1000 g), it is necessary to add Vulcafix catalyst (25 g) and mix until a homogeneous blend is obtained, maintaining this ratio for larger containers.
Vulcaflex catalysts are chemical crosslinking agents that, when mixed with adhesives, activate their final vulcanization and bonding properties.
