VFBC repairs and plates are used in preventive maintenance on the surface of conveyor belts. They are intended for repairing surface damage, preventing the infiltration of solids and moisture, which are highly abrasive to the belt carcass. They are developed in various sizes and shapes (round, square, and plates) for a “zero” finish, providing a perfect repair. They are supplied with a gray CR (self-vulcanizing) layer, eliminating the need to groove the repair and ensuring high adhesion performance.
