In projects with large splices and equipment involving many professionals, the following question is common: Has the catalyst already been added to the adhesive? We present RSX 2300 WR, Vulcaflex’s premium adhesive that changes color after the catalyst is added.

Free of CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons), it is recommended for cold applications in the fabrication of conveyor belt splices and repairs, and for the lining of drums, drive cylinders, silos, mills, chutes, tanks, hoppers, hoses, among others.
An excellent alternative that meets environmental and occupational safety requirements, since it is not produced with chlorinated solvents — substances banned under European regulations and harmful to the ozone layer.
The adhesive must be mixed with the catalyst in the proportion of one can of RSX 2300 WR adhesive (700 g) to one bottle of RSX 2300 WR catalyst (40 g), maintaining this ratio in larger containers.
Vulcaflex catalysts are crosslinking chemical agents that, when mixed with adhesives, activate their final vulcanization and bonding properties.
