Designed to enhance the effects of cold adhesive on metallic coatings with rubber, Vulcaflex primers should be applied to prepare the metallic surface for Vulcaflex adhesives.
The metallic surface must undergo mechanical cleaning, preferably by sandblasting or abrasive sanding, to provide an adequate anchoring surface and remove contaminants.
Primer RCX does not contain chlorinated solvents, substances prohibited by European regulations, or chemicals that deplete the ozone layer, making it an excellent alternative to meet occupational safety requirements. Excellent performance when used with RSX 2300 adhesive or RSX 2300 WR.
Validity:
12 months from the manufacturing date.
