The Maxflex tool is designed to provide better fastening of modular rubber/ceramic plates on drum linings, as it fits perfectly into the plate grooves, leveling its surface and allowing tools such as rollers, rubber mallets, and pneumatic hammers to transfer pressure evenly across the entire surface area of the plates that are in contact with the drum, ensuring the success of the cold vulcanization process.
In this way, the Maxflex tool significantly contributes to the plates achieving maximum performance, minimizing the risk of failure in their adhesion to the drum surface.
