The maximum hardness achieved by the solution is the same as standard rubbers used in conveyor belt coverings, increasing the material’s flexibility and service life.
The orange color allows easy identification of the repaired area even in low-light conditions.
Application Times:
– Application time: From 1:00 to 4:30 minutes according to the desired viscosity, as shown in the “Mixture state over time” table in this manual.
– Touch-dry time: 10 minutes.
– Functional curing time: Wait 1 hour after applying Orangeflex 365 before returning the equipment to operation.
