Recommended for the lining of Turnover drums. The special rubber plates with high abrasion resistance and wear durability offer excellent elongation at break.
The aluminum oxide (Al2O3) present in the ceramic tiles provides extremely high wear resistance, significantly increasing the service life and efficiency of the lining. Its reduced thickness makes the plate lighter, more flexible, and easier to apply.
The surface of the ceramic tiles is highly efficient, especially on turnover drums. They are supplied with CR (self-vulcanizing) layer.

Available in the versions:
• TO: Corrugated ceramic lining;
• TO-S: Smooth ceramic lining.

Note:
To avoid problems with dirty belts coming into contact with the return rollers, the belt may be rotated 180° after passing the discharge point. Thus, the return rollers will contact a clean belt surface. The belt must be rotated another 180° before entering the back section to place the load side over the loading point.
