Modular plates recommended for the coating of drive drums, providing greater traction, better water drainage, and their high friction coefficient reduces the misalignment of conveyor belts. The aluminum oxide (Al2O3) present in the ceramic tiles offers extremely high wear resistance, ensuring durability and efficiency of the drum coating.
Modular and manufactured according to the drum width, they are easy to apply, allowing the drum to be coated on-site, avoiding downtime due to equipment disassembly. They can be supplied with a CR layer (self-vulcanizing) to facilitate application and considerably increase metal-to-rubber adhesion.
Coating with a total thickness of 25 mm, developed for maximum forces under extreme conditions. The thicker rubber base is reinforced, in addition to its excellent wear resistance, with outstanding elasticity properties that allow proper deformation. This coating offers excellent transmission of driving force along with complete safety in transport. Polymeric base with high resistance to abrasion and wear. Supplied with CR (self-vulcanizing) layer.

Also available in the V-0 version, in which the compound characteristics comply with the V-0 rating of the UL94 Standard. Its high resistance to abrasion and impact is combined with flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties, making it an excellent solution for industrial applications with a higher risk of flammability.
