Dutyflex V-0 HD & HD-S | Flame Retardant and Self-Extinguishing Heavy Duty

Modular plates recommended for the coating of drive pulleys, providing greater traction, better water drainage, and their high coefficient of friction reduces the misalignment of conveyor belts. Aluminum oxide (Al2O3), present in the ceramic tiles, offers extremely high wear resistance, ensuring the service life and efficiency of pulley lagging.
Modular and manufactured to the width of the pulley, they are easy to apply, allowing the pulley to be coated on-site, avoiding downtime caused by equipment disassembly. They can be supplied with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer for easier application and a considerable increase in metal-to-rubber adhesion.
Lagging with a total thickness of 20 mm. Combined with a higher coefficient of friction, the thicker rubber base allows better dynamic performance of the tiles in interaction with the belt. This property supports belts with high tensions and elongations, unlike low-thickness laggings. Polymeric base with high abrasion and wear resistance. Supplied with CR (self-vulcanizing) layer.


Also available in the V-0 version, where the compound characteristics meet the V-0 grade of the UL94 standard. Its high abrasion and impact resistance combines with flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties, making it an excellent solution for industrial applications with higher flammability risk.
