Modular plates designed for the lagging of drive pulleys, providing greater traction, better water drainage and their high coefficient of friction reduces misalignment of conveyor belts. The aluminum oxide (Al2O3) present in the ceramic tiles provides extremely high wear resistance, ensuring the service life and efficiency of the pulley lagging.
Modular and manufactured to the width of the pulley, they are easily applied, allowing the pulley to be lagged on-site, avoiding downtime caused by dismantling the equipment. They can be supplied with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer for easier application and significant increase in metal-rubber adhesion.

Premium quality for extreme conditions. With 30% more ceramic tiles per square meter, it ensures a better coefficient of friction with the belt cover, allowing greater efficiency in the drive system. Polymeric base with high resistance to abrasion and wear, with excellent elongation at break that provides resistance to all dynamic tensile stresses of the belts. Supplied with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer.

Also available in the V-0 version, where the compound characteristics meet the V-0 rating of the UL94 Standard. Its high resistance to abrasion and impact is combined with flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties, an excellent solution for industrial applications with higher flammability risk.
