Modular plates recommended for covering drive drums, as they provide greater traction, better water drainage, and their high friction coefficient reduces misalignment of conveyor belts. The aluminum oxide (Al2O3) present in the ceramic pads offers extremely high wear resistance, ensuring long service life and efficiency of the drum lining. Modular and produced according to the drum width, they are easily applicable, allowing the drum to be lined on-site, avoiding downtime from equipment disassembly. They can be supplied with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer to facilitate application and significantly increase metal-to-rubber adhesion.
