Indicated for Turnover lining. The special rubber plates, with high abrasion resistance and wear durability, feature excellent elongation at break.
The aluminum oxide (Al2O3) present in the ceramic pads provides extremely high wear resistance, significantly increasing the service life and efficiency of the lining. Their reduced thickness makes the plate lighter, more flexible, and easier to apply.
The surface of the ceramic pads is highly efficient, especially in turnover drums. They are supplied with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer.

Available in the following versions:
• TO: Corrugated ceramic lining;
• TO-S: Smooth ceramic lining.

Note:
To eliminate situations where dirty belts come into contact with return rollers, this belt can be rotated 180° after passing the discharge point. This way, the return rollers will make contact with a clean surface of the conveyor belt. Then, the belt must be rotated another 180° before entering the back section to position the load side of the belt above the loading point.
