Suitable for lining drive drums, providing greater traction, better water drainage, and its high friction coefficient reduces conveyor belt misalignment. Aluminum oxide (Al2O3), present in the ceramic tiles, provides extremely high wear resistance, ensuring the service life and efficiency of the drum lining.
Modular and manufactured to drum width, they are easily applied, allowing the drum to be lined in situ, avoiding time loss from equipment disassembly. Can be supplied with CR layer (self-vulcanizing), to ease application and significantly increase metal-rubber adhesion.
