Modular plates designed for the lagging of drive pulleys, providing greater traction, better water drainage, and their high coefficient of friction reduces conveyor belt misalignment. Aluminum oxide (Al2O3), present in the ceramic tiles, offers extremely high wear resistance, ensuring the durability and efficiency of the pulley lagging.
Modular and manufactured according to the pulley width, they are easy to apply, allowing the pulley to be lagged on-site, avoiding downtime due to equipment disassembly. They can be supplied with a CR layer (self-vulcanizing) to facilitate application and significantly increase metal-to-rubber adhesion.
Lagging with a total thickness of 25 mm, developed for maximum forces under extreme conditions. The thicker rubber base is reinforced and, besides its excellent wear resistance, features outstanding elasticity properties that allow proper deformation. This lagging provides excellent transmission of driving force along with total safety during material transport. Polymeric base with high abrasion and wear resistance. Supplied with self-vulcanizing CR layer.

Also available in the V-0 version, in which the compound characteristics comply with the UL94 V-0 rating. Its high resistance to abrasion and impact is combined with flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties, making it an excellent solution for industrial applications with a higher fire risk.
