Modular plates recommended for the lining of drive pulleys, as they provide greater traction, better water drainage, and their high coefficient of friction reduces conveyor belt misalignment. The aluminum oxide (Al2O3) present in the ceramic tiles offers extremely high wear resistance, ensuring durability and efficiency of the pulley lining.
Modular and manufactured according to the pulley width, they are easy to apply, allowing the pulley to be lined on-site, avoiding downtime due to equipment disassembly. They can be supplied with CR layer (self-vulcanizing) to facilitate application and significantly increase metal-to-rubber adhesion.
