High-performance manual tool, suitable for splicing textile conveyor belts and repairs, mainly using a cold process. Helps in pressing and eliminating possible air bubbles from the splice or cold adhesion of rubber, ensuring homogeneous and uniform contact between surfaces to be joined.
Essential equipment to improve adhesion performance in cold splices of textile conveyor belts and adhesion between rubbers.
For splices, it is recommended to use at least 2 double-action rollers. The splice must always be pressed from the center toward the edges simultaneously, with a minimum overlap of 4” in the central pressing area. Available in steel or aluminum.
Double-action rollers made of aluminum are lightweight and versatile, providing easier handling.
