Rubber-based compound with excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, and cuts. Fully compatible with the original conveyor belt compound. VFC cover rubbers have the same hardness as a 65±5 Shore A conveyor belt.
Suitable for hot vulcanization application of textile conveyor belt splices, with abrasion-resistant covers and temperature peaks up to 80°C.
Recommended for splice closures, mainly of the trough type, providing sealing, flexibility, fatigue resistance, and abrasion resistance in splice closures of textile conveyor belts with Standard covers.
Validity:
12 months from the manufacturing date.
