From June 23 to 25, Vulcaflex took part in Pneushow 2026, held in São Paulo, recognized as Latin America’s leading trade fair for the tire retreading industry, a meeting point for those who drive innovation, exchange experience, and generate business in the sector. It was three intense days, marked by valuable conversations, technical exchanges, and the satisfaction of once again welcoming the clients and partners who help build this journey alongside us.

Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Uberlândia (MG), Vulcaflex arrived at this year’s edition with a well-established presence: an exhibitor since 2018, the company exports solutions to more than 30 countries and reaffirmed, at the fair, its commitment to national technology applied to the real challenges of the retreading, remolding, and recapping industry.

This year’s highlight was the OTR Line, developed specifically for superior repairs on off-road radial tires. The VFlex OTR repair patches showcased technologies such as multiple angled layers, which replicate the tire’s natural movement, reducing friction and heat, along with the replacement of damaged internal cables with extruded steel, allowing the structural integrity of the carcass to be restored and extending the tire’s service life. Alongside this new offering, the brand’s traditional line of repair patches and the HB line, a hybrid technology enabling both cold and hot application, rounded out a portfolio designed to deliver real performance and versatility to retreaders.

More than a product showcase, Pneushow represents a space for connection for Vulcaflex. Bringing together the key players in the tire retreading chain under one roof is what makes the event strategic: it’s where we strengthen relationships, present solutions, and exchange technical knowledge with those who live the operation day to day. Every conversation at our booth, every question, every shared project, reinforces something we believe deeply: retreading tires is, above all, an engineering decision with a direct impact on safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Juliana Caetano, Commercial Manager at Vulcaflex, was named winner of the Renova Pneu Award in the Women in Tire Retreading category, announced during the trade fair. Working in the industry since 1991, she has built a career that combines technical and commercial expertise, overcoming gender-related challenges with consistent results. Transformative leadership that the award recognizes and celebrates.
