Modular panels indicated for the lining of drive drums, as they provide increased traction, better water runoff and their high coefficient of friction reduces the misalignment of conveyor belts. The aluminum oxide (Al2O3) present in ceramic inserts provides extremely high wear resistance, which ensures its service life and the efficiency of the drum lining.

Modular and produced for the width of the drum, they can be applied easily through cold cure processes, with the alternative of being supplied with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer, increasing metal x rubber adhesion and facilitating application in the workshop and on drums installed in the equipment, or applied through the hot cure process, using Bonding Rubber and Vulcaflex Multipurpose Quick Drying Cement.

Premium quality for extreme conditions. With 30% more ceramic inserts per square meter, it ensures a better coefficient of friction with the belt cover, allowing better efficiency in the drive system.

Polymer base with high abrasion and wear resistance, with excellent elongation at break that offers resistance to all dynamic tensile stresses of belts.

Provided with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer.
