Modular plates recommended for the lining of drive pulleys, as they provide greater traction, better water drainage, and their high friction coefficient reduces conveyor belt misalignment. Aluminum oxide (Al2O3), present in the ceramic tiles, offers extremely high wear resistance, ensuring the service life and efficiency of the pulley lining.
Modular and manufactured according to the pulley width, they are easy to apply, allowing the pulley to be lined on site, avoiding downtime caused by equipment disassembly. They can be supplied with a CR layer (self-vulcanizing) to facilitate application and significantly increase metal-to-rubber adhesion.
Premium quality for extreme conditions. With 30% more ceramic tiles per square meter, it ensures a better friction coefficient with the belt cover, allowing greater efficiency in the drive system.
Polymeric base with high resistance to abrasion and wear, with excellent elongation at break, offering resistance to all dynamic tensile forces of the belts. Supplied with a CR layer (self-vulcanizing).
