Graphite or green, recommended for cold applications in the manufacture of splices and repairs of conveyor belts, and for application in linings of pulleys, drive rollers, silos, mills, channels, tanks, hoppers, hoses, chutes, among others.
Non-flammable, they have excellent tensile strength, flexural resistance, fatigue aging resistance, and when applied on site, they allow shorter operational downtime.
The difference between the two adhesives is only the color. In low-light areas, the green adhesive provides better visibility of the repair area.
The adhesive must be mixed with the catalyst in the proportion of one can of VF 2600 adhesive (1000 g) to one bottle of VF catalyst (25 g), maintaining this proportion for larger packages.
Vulcaflex catalysts are chemical crosslinking agents that, when mixed with the adhesives, activate their final vulcanization and bonding properties.
