Developed for splicing and repairing steel cord conveyor belts, this orange cover retains all the strength and durability characteristics of our standard rubber but offers the advantage of a bright color that facilitates operation and maintenance.
Its composition is 100% compatible with the original belt compound, allowing for hot ulcanization of splices subject to temperature peaks of up to 80°C, ensuring top-level resistance to abrasion, impact, and cutting.
It is recommended for application in splice cover rubbers, providing sealing, flexibility, and
resistance to fatigue and abrasion for steel cord conveyor belt splices and standard covers.
