Modular panels designed for high-performance lining, adaptable to a variety of operating conditions on conveyors.
They are supplied in modular panels with diamond crimping that offers excellent abrasion resistance and long operating lifecycle.

Suitable for both drive drums (low-tension conveyors) and driven drums. They provide greater application versatility and ease, due to their modular aspect.

Can be applied in two ways: Cold Cure Systems, with a CR Layer (self-vulcanizing) and use of Vulcaflex adhesive lines, and through the Hot Cure method, with the use of Bonding Rubber and Colaflex Multipurpose Quick Drying products.

Provided with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer. Manufactured in thickness of 10, 12, 15 and 20 mm, for application in drums of various diameters and operational demands. Panels supplied with 500-mm modules and widths for drums up to 2,600 mm. Widths from 600 to 2,600 mm available.

Also available in the V-0 version, in which the compound’s characteristics meet UL94 Standard Grade V-0. Its high abrasion and impact resistance are combined with flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties, an excellent solution for industrial applications with higher risk of flammability.

• CR Layer
Some Vulcaflex modular linings can also be supplied with a CR (self-vulcanizing) layer, which provides easier application and considerable increase in cold-cure metal-to-rubber adhesion.
No mechanical cleaning of the rubber is required.

• CR+ Layer
The CR+ Layer is an additional self-vulcanizing layer, covering the side faces and the edges of the lining panels, favoring:
Vulcanizer Productivity and Safety gains, as there is no need to grind the rubber sides and edges of the lining panel in order to apply the adhesive
solution and install Vedaflex finishing tape, reducing adhesion and sealing system failures in the drum lining process;
Application improvements in drum lining finishing, contributing to reduced adhesive failures in this stage of the process.

• DV Layer
AThe panels can be made with two different colors in their thickness, allowing for creating a Visual Wear Limit so that maintenance professionals can identify the wear level as soon as the new rubber color is seen, caused by a certain reduction in the thickness of the lining.
It thus becomes possible to make maintenance decisions regarding the scheduling and replacement of the lining, preventing unwanted events entailing damage to the metal drum casing and unexpected downtime for maintenance and production losses at plants.
