Vulcafix is a cold-applied vulcanizing cement, a benchmark in cost-effectiveness for repairs, splices, and rubber linings, as well as bonding on various treated surfaces: metal, wood, fabric, or leather.
Now with a new formula, it delivers even more performance at the workbench: greater adhesion for conveyor belt splices and linings, longer open time (TAC) giving more time to position and spread the product evenly, resulting in more precise application and less rework: and higher yield, covering more area with less material per square meter.
For each can of Vulcafix adhesive (700 g), add 1 flask of Vulcafix Catalyst (25 g) and mix until homogeneous, keeping this ratio for larger packaging.

Vulcaflex catalysts are cross-linking chemical agents that, when mixed with the adhesives, activate their final vulcanization and bonding properties.
